Collaboration is one of many loves Julia engages in through dance. After choreographing since 2000 she is re-examining her relationship to creating dance works.
Currently, Julia teaches in Mount Mary University's Department of Music, Movement and Dance, Adult and Youth classes at Danceworks and in MPS through the Mad Hot Tap and Ballroom Program. Julia enjoys sharing and exploring all movements with all people. Movement never ceases to challenge, inform and enthrall her. She finds movement allows us to know ourselves more deeply. It is a tool, an empowering experience and an educator.
